The PowerWheels Grand Prix of Logan Square

Race Day is almost here.  All the teams have been working hard to get everything together to make this awesome event even better.

Modification

It began with one pink Power Wheels truck, someone's castaway toy that found its way to our garage.  Within a month, there were 10 more lined up along the wall in various states of disrepair.  We'll be updating this page with specs on the repairs and modifications made in preparation for the 2009 PPPWRS, but in the meantime, a few highlights from the build-out.

Jordan really isn't the aggressive type...at least, we didn't think so...

Interview: Sarah Sutherlin (The Todd Ianuzzi Experience)

Sarah is the driver for the Todd Ianuzzi Experience (TIE) and was kind enough to sit down with the Power Wheels racing staff for a nice chat.

Power Wheels Racing Series:  So, having found your helmet, do you consider yourself ready to speak?

Sarah Sutherlin:  I like the softness the helmet gives me.

Interview: Jordan Bunker (Team J Squad)

Jordan Bunker, driver for Team J Squad, took some time out to talk with us about his prospects for the upcoming season.

PW:  What are some of your goals for this season?

JB:  I want to win the championship, of course, but mainly I feel the need to dominate.

PW:  Why did you sign on with J Squad as opposed to one of the other teams?

Rules

The Power Wheels Racing Series ("PPPWRS") is a competitive racing series that involves the modification of Power Wheels brand vehicles for a competitive edge.

The Future Of City Racing

In the not too distant future racing will be done by large people driving small cars through cityscapes.
